1972 VW KARMANN GHIA
Orange, black vinyl interior, 4 cylinder, 4 speed, 2 door

1972 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia that is very presentable & runs and drives right NOW !! It is an easy shifting 4-speed VW w/a working E-brake. Nice looking orange exterior... at a few steps back...w/a very nice black vinyl bucket seat interior w/no rips or tears & it has the original off white headliner/sun visors that are in great shape w/no rips & tears. It has 15 inch 8 spoke Black Alloy wheels accented by the polished alloy outer diameter offset surface. And mounted to each of those custom wheels are 185/60 R 15 inch tires that have 80% of their original tread remaining. Tight engine that starts right up w/no hesitation & the underside does not show any signs of any recent leaks...& did I mention that it runs/drives/stops great. The front trunk is solid from top to bottom & the spare is in place. Only very minor lower body rust mainly behind the rear fender wells (just bubbling). The floor pan has had a few patches...mainly in the area behind the front seats (in the lowest lower rear section of the panning)...but overall its a cool piece of history that you can drive & enjoy now. Headlights, taillights, blinkers & brake lights all work like they should. It is missing one of the long skinny body side moldings on the passenger side. All of the glass is good and the Windows both crank up & down as if it were 1972 again ! The front bumper is nice and straight w/decent chrome and the back one is okay but it has a slight bend on the passenger corner. It has 2 keys ---one door and one ignition and the doors lock and unlock nicely.
